MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES A) Operational Analyze data and create financial models for decision support Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements Work closely with the finance team of business verticals to ensure accurate financial reporting Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis; study proposed changes in methods and materials Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Dashboards Improve productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and business valuations, perform industry comparison, peer reviews, create Bench mark and KPI’s as applicable to various businesses Perform Business/ Equity valuation for M&A / Exit probabilities المهارات A) Desired Skills Proficiency in other Microsoft office tools viz., Office, Power point etc., Strong quantitative and analytical competency High degree of Accountability, Integrity & Responsibility in all tasks assigned. Advanced level of Excel knowledge - managing large data, use of vertical lookups, pivot tables, Macros & creation of reports. Strong Analytical skills, detail-oriented; placing a great value on accuracy Excellent communication & presentation skills REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications : Qualified finance professionals with CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA/MBA Experience : Minimum 5-year professional experience in Accounts / Finance Industry Exposure : Preferably from Corporate Finance background
