PRIMARY TASKS: Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department or function. Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner. Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks. Follow the university rules and regulations. First line of contact to the internal and external customers. Respond to a variety of inquiries via the telephone or in person over the counter to internal and external customers. Undertake other duties as required by the Registrar. المهارات SELECTION CRITERIA: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills. Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
