Provide professional legal advise for the organization, for employee legal issues and follow up with Internal/External parties on timely execution/closure of company cases. Operational: 1. Review and verify all the sales contracts documents for ASG companies and sister companies and report any discrepancies and illegal issues to SGM, Legal Services. 2. Open the file of the Legal Debtor and register the Debtor in the ASG Legal Register. 3. Review the Credit documents at pre approval stage, verify the legal compliance of all documents and process them for the ASG branches and affiliates. 4. Take custody of customer and employee case files transferred to Legal Department from all the ASG branches and affiliates. 5. Maintain all Legal records of employee investigations and court cases. 6. Follow up on the Court proceedings with the External Lawyers such as Azzeh Tawfeeq, Al Sarraf and others, furnish required information whenever necessary and maintain clarity on company cases. 7. Liaise and follow up with the external lawyers for all actions/executions in favour or against the Group. 8 Attend and represent ASG Holding Company in all collection cases before all the prosecution departments in Kuwait. 9. Represent ASG company at the court for all cheques’ cases that raised at the Ministry of Interior. 10. Follow up with all execution parties (Internal and External) and with the concerned courts to complete the required procedures for each defaulting customer. 11. Enforce the penalties on the debtors after fairness of claim is declared by the court. 12. Coordinate with Internal/External parties on all Consumer Protection cases related to garages/workshops on regular basis, and liaise with lawyers in connection with these issues, and Public Relations towards settlement of such issues before taking the case to court. 13. Negotiate with ASG debtor customers, make and arrange settlements and installment payments and collection as agreed with them in coordination with the concerned party. 14. Collect all cheques issued in favor of ASG Holding Company from Kuwait courts. 15. Collect Installment payments from the legal debtor or those pending at the Court Cashier and furnish receipts. 16. Supervise Legal collections and issue relevant receipts. 17. Supervise employee investigation/complaints procedures as per the company policy, attend the investigation, prepare reports and provide the legal recommendations on the investigations/complaints. People Management: 1. Assign goals and objectives to staff and monitor achievement of team objectives/key performance indicators (KPIs) and counsel employees on achievement of targets and KPIs. 2. Prepare performance planning (PP), conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities. 3. Make requisite attempts to handle all grievances raised by subordinates in a prompt and effective manner and escalate such matters to higher level when required. 4. Recommend disciplinary action. 5. Participate in interview panels for selection and promotion of staff. Prepare periodic reports and presentations. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals. Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
