Monitor day-to-day financial operations. Controlling cash flow, managing income, expenses, budgeting, and costing. Create and implement various controls to strengthen the internal control of the company. Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company. Communicate and build strong relationships with staff and management team. Prepare financial statements and forecasts to advise top management on how to maximize profits. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making. - Conduct financial analysis of key business drivers, including revenue, costs, and profitability, and provide insights to senior management. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting principles. - Manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring cash balances. - Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains. المهارات Finance Manager should possess the following skills: 1.
