الوصف الوظيفي Farm management Maintain overall responsibility for the farm, including plant operation, productivity, safety, finance, and quality Plan and manage to ensure all required KPIs are met; equipment, production, and labor goals Finance Regular financial planning reports, monthly profit and loss forecasts, and cash flow forecasts Business Development Cooperate with the project manager to provide feedback and implement strategies to improve profits and sales Farm operation Lead to plan workflow, production and delivery schedule, and ensure the quality controls Oversee farm cultivation team to ensure that the farm production stays on schedule General support and management Support general administration, training, and materials procurement to maintain the farm operation المهارات 1. Requirement open for all nationals. 2. Knowledge of warehouse management systems, experience with farming, growing food, operations, and food safety and production. 3. Knowledge of cultivation, growing, and production planning. 4. Preferred knowledge of horticulture, vegetable, and floriculture and experience running a grow facility 5. Excellent leadership with professional communication skills and strong people management. 6. Understanding of financial analysis and forecasts.
