Job Title: Assistant Manager – Vehicle Ordering Report To: Ordering Manager Key Responsibilities · Conducts market research and analysis in coordination with the Business Development Department to avoid market risks and identify potential opportunities. · Ensures the customer customization requests are met and the special orders are fulfilled for the specific brand. · Complies with manufacturer’s ordering process, templates and systems. · Monitors manufacturer production-line schedule for the respective brand. · Develops the ordering related periodical reports. · Monitors the ordering administrative procedures. · Submits and claims vehicle support from the manufacturer. · Ensures that all documentations required to clear / receive the cars at the company are available on time for the Logistics Department. · Responsible for the arrangement of shipping insurance and required L/C’s in coordination with the Finance & Accounting Department and other involved departments. المهارات Candidate Profile: 1. Requirement open for all nationals. 2. Bachelors degree. 3. Must have 4-6 years of experience in Vehicle Ordering.
