الوصف الوظيفي Report To: CRO Job Objective: Develop, lead and execute technology risks plans ; provide guidance on assessment and/or evaluation of IT systems and processes, mitigation of IT related business risks including implementation of strong controls. Key Responsibilities · Risk Management: Develops and implements practices, policies and procedures for the identification, analysis and management of information technology risk. · Budget: Budget and maintain the cost of roll out of technology risk strategy. · IT Risk control: Maintenance of Risk Register and update of IT Risk Issues with action plans · Risk Analysis: Recommend and track performance of key technology and information security risk indicators and track progress on remediation activities · Reports: Preparation of IT Risk Reports for management and key stakeholders · IT Systems Assessments: Evaluate suitability of IT risk and security tools in relation to the implementation IT risk requirements and recommendations · System Execution: Pre-implementation Risk Assessment of IT Systems. · People management Manage, motivate & develop employees and the team in line with bank's people policies & practices. · Corporate governance and compliance Work fully within risk policies and procedures and all compliance regulations المهارات 1. Requirement open for all nationals. 2. Bachelors in IT 3. Must be certified in Risk and Information Systems Control. 4. 11 years of experience in IT Systems Risk/ Security Assessment. 5. Must have experience in Risk assessment of IT Systems and processes. 6. Knowledge of credit risk, financial risk, market risk, banking systems, corporate banking and consumer banking etc.
