الوصف الوظيفي Job description Inside Kuwait, only An architectural draftsman is required to work for Al-Mithaq Design Company. Required Qualifications Good previous experience in architectural drawing work. Building codes, regulations, and municipality submission layouts/formats. Deliver complete construction and detail drawings for tendering and municipality submissions. Produce realistic renders. المهارات skills Architecture-related Bachelor's degree or diploma. Knowledge of Kuwait's building codes, regulations, and municipality submission layouts/formats. Evidence of good design understanding. Ability to deliver complete construction and detail drawings for tendering and municipality submissions. Demonstrated exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD. Evidence of substantial experience in either Rhino or 3Ds Max and accompanying rendering packages. Excellent skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Ability to produce realistic renders. English and Arabic communication skills. minimum experience 5 years in consulting offices. Note: Candidates must be residents of Kuwait only. Fully aware of Kuwait Municipality laws.
