We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team (Kuwait Only). You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Responsibilities Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques. Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value. Trimming footage and putting together the rough project. Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects. Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. Communicating with clients about layout and design. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary Creating the final cut for broadcasting. المهارات Qualifications Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or related field, film studies, cinematography or demonstrated success in relevant professional field Minimum 3 years related professional experience in a production environment Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images; Solid verbal and written communication skills; Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dimension, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere and UX/UI design apps such as Adobe XD and Zeplin). Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram); Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues; Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.
