Performs different spa services such as body treatments, massages, hair removals, facials, pedicure and manicure Manages the working equipment and sample inventory of products Manages client files Manages and keep the room cleaned and stocked Resolves guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor Performs upselling when appropriate and suggests treatments to customers based on their needs Ensures adherence to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations Ensures to keeps up to date with latest trends and best practices. المهارات • Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist. • Experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, hair removal and other face and body beauty treatments • Extensive knowledge and experience of deep meditation and relaxation • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role. • Must have 6 years of experience and 2 years experience in similar positions along with GCC experience.
