Research and prepare training materials in coordination with the trainers and instructors. Check the training materials of Senior Officer, Training Administration for any content, typing or formatting errors. Prepare the training schedules as per the training plan. Post the training plan and programs to departments and set reminders on the Training schedules. Check and update the employee attendance list and participant progress report. Book and organize the class rooms as per the training schedules of HRD trainings. Coordinate with all training room reservations and generate usage reports on a monthly basis. Document and post on E-Synergy internal training activities schedule. Prepare and publish a quarterly report on the Training section activities on the ASG portal page. Coordinate external training activities with service providers, obtain quotations and training schedules and coordinate with external training attendees. Add and Update employee training records. Follow-up and track the e-learning progress of the ASG staff in order to ensure that e-learning plans are implemented in line with ASG training department standards.
